NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking a Sister / Charge Nurse to lead a team of Healthcare Assistants and Donor Care Supervisors in Wolverhampton. You will ensure a high standard of donor care, manage blood donation sessions safely, and support your team's training and development.

Ideal candidates must be a Registered Nurse with leadership experience and a strong commitment to patient safety. The role offers a 37.5-hour fortnight shift pattern with no night shifts and excellent annual leave provisions.
