We're looking for motivated individuals-whether you're a recent graduate or have up to 2 years of experience-who are eager to learn and ready to take on the challenge of cold calling and lead qualification. In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, assess lead quality, and support our frontline sales team by ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
What You'll Do
CRM Management: Maintain and update leads in
Prospecting: Conduct desktop research to identify new prospects and leverage field team insights
Outbound Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and create new leads
Lead Qualification: Score and assess leads based on data quality and completeness; Evaluate asset eligibility for upgrades or additional services; Initiate customer conversations to understand needs and gauge interest
Lead Management: Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives; Convert leads into opportunities or schedule for future re-engagement; Manage and support campaign execution
Focus Areas: Lifecycle & Modernization (L&M) ; Upgrades, Spare Parts ; New Maintenance Contracts
Completed secondary education
Graduates or early-career professionals with up to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar business role
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Good communication and listening skills
Interest in building positive customer relationships
Motivation to take initiative and manage tasks independently
A positive attitude and ability to stay focused under pressure
A strong sense of integrity and professionalism
University degree in Business, Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Basic knowledge of JCI products and solutions

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from € 1,400, plus a monthly bonus (starting after your first 6 months) and eligibility for our Sales Incentive Plan. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
