Lead, Developer Experience & Content Strategy

Mastercard invites you to join as the Manager, Developer Experience & Content Strategy. You will combine technical writing, developer advocacy, user research and UX thinking to shape how developers interact with our products, designing the end-to-end journey from onboarding to long-term adoption and using content and insights to improve usability and engagement.

Collaborating with product, design and engineering, you will own API and docs strategy, translate complex concepts into clear
