Lead Developer- Permanent- Northampton (Hybrid Working)- £55k

Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Lead Developer to join our client in Northampton on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidates will have 10+ years in professional software development, including client-facing projects, with 5+ years in PHP and Laravel. This role is hybrid working with 3 days a week onsite in Northampton.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years in PHP and Laravel.
• Strong knowledge of Azure
• Frontend: HTML, CSS JavaScript, jQuery, and GSAP.
• Backend: Expertise in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL/MariaDB.
• APIs: Experience with REST and SOAP API design and integration.
• Version Control: Strong GIT proficiency.
• Server Management
• SEO: Deep knowledge of on-page SEO principles.
• Proven success in fast-paced settings managing multiple projects in client facing environments.
• Experience leading teams, planning, and project management.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data handling best practices
