Lead Design Manager - £90m South Wales Project

O'Neill and Brennan in South Wales is recruiting an experienced Design Manager to lead the design process on a £90m flagship construction project from inception to handover. You will own design coordination, drive buildability and ensure timely information flow with consultants, subcontractors and the client.

Working with a seasoned project team, you'll chair design workshops, manage design programmes, and push value engineering while maintaining quality and programme alignment on site.
