Lead Deputy Manager, Supported Living (16+) - Maternity

Empower Family Group in Taunton is seeking a Deputy Manager (Maternity Cover) to support the Supported Living Manager in delivering a stable, therapeutic environment for young people 16+ (including UASC) based at the head office. The role is 40 hours per week with on-call considerations.

You will lead the team, ensure care plans and person-centred care are implemented, and act as a role model to empower young people to achieve their potential.
