Lead Deputy Manager, Children's Home (EBD)

SGS Care Ltd. is seeking a committed Deputy Manager to support day-to-day operations of a children's home for young people aged 8-17 with EBD in Coventry.

You will lead by example, maintain high care standards, support staff development, and work with the Registered Manager to ensure positive outcomes while managing behaviours and care planning. Sleep-ins offer £65 per sleep; sponsorship is not available.
