Lead Deputy Manager - Supported Living Care

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee Supported Living services in Grantham, Colsterworth and Retford. You will lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex conditions.

You will support the Registered Manager, ensure safe operations, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement across the service.
