Lead Deputy Manager - Renal Dialysis Clinic

Diaverum AB in Crawley is seeking a Deputy Clinic Manager to lead the dialysis clinic in the manager's absence, oversee a dedicated nursing team, and uphold high standards of patient care in partnership with the NHS.

You will champion clinical excellence, mentor staff, coordinate scheduling, ensure safety, and bring renal nursing expertise to junior colleagues while fostering a collaborative, patient centred culture within our Renal Treatment Centre.
