Lead Data Scientist - AI, ML & Growth Strategy

Raylo is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to advance our AI-powered subscription platform. You'll design, build and deploy predictive models that influence credit risk, retention and recommendations, leading a growing data science function.

Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Analytics, you'll partner with product, engineering and risk teams, own the roadmap, and mentor others. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing, FCA-regulated business with ambitious international plans.
