Lead, Crisis Intervention & Safeguarding - Adult Social Care

Our Dudley Council is seeking an outstanding Adult Social Care Lead - Crisis Intervention, Safeguarding and Integrated Support to drive high-quality safeguarding practice and strengthen crisis response.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will lead services that respond quickly, stabilise risk and promote independence. You will champion a coordinated, multi-agency approach and shape integrated support pathways for better outcomes.
