Lead Credit Risk Analyst, Real Estate & REIT Debt

Barclay Simpson in the City is seeking a senior credit risk professional to lead the management of a combined public and private REIT debt portfolio from an independent risk perspective. The role covers transaction review, ongoing monitoring, internal ratings and portfolio risk oversight.

You will assess investments, monitor performance, assign ratings and contribute to rating methodologies while communicating risk views to senior stakeholders.
