Lead, Core Synthetic Chemistry - Lab-Focused Team Lead

Bio-Techne is seeking a Team Leader for Core Synthetic Chemistry in the Bristol area. You will lead, coach and develop the team, oversee design, development, scale up and manufacture of small molecule tools for life sciences research.

The role balances hands on lab work (about half the time) with people leadership, safety, quality and process improvements, aligning with EPIC values and company goals.
