  • Maintain rigorous HSEQ and compliance standards, promoting consistency and control across all contract workstreams.

Candidate Requirements

  • Significant experience as a dedicated Contract Administrator, NEC Project Manager, or Employer's Agent on large-scale infrastructure, logistics, or development programmes.
  • In-depth working knowledge of NEC3/4, JCT, and FIDIC contracts, with a strong track record of hands-on administration and commercial management.
  • Ability to manage complex contract environments with multiple stakeholders and delivery interfaces.

  • Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, Civil Engineering).
  • Professional chartership (e.g. RICS, CIOB, ICE) preferred.
  • Confident, detail-oriented, and highly organised with a proactive approach to governance, compliance, and risk.
