Lead, Contact Centre & Customer Care

Cencora is seeking a Contact Centre Team Leader to support our wholesale distribution services in Europe through Alliance Healthcare. You will assist in daily management of the UK contact centre, monitor performance, and ensure timely handling of orders and inquiries.

The role requires strong people leadership, excellent communication, and ability to drive quality and efficiency in a busy environment. Training on GDP will be provided.
