We are looking for a Lead Consultant for Equipment Management & Clarification Case Management (SAP S/4 Utilities) (m/f/d) on a contracting basis for our customer in the energy sector.
Start: October 1, 2025
End: December 10, 2026
Capacity: Full-time
Location: 5-10% onsite in Dortmund; rest remote
In the course of introducing the new SPACE system landscape, there continues to be a high number of clarifications (clarification cases) in the equipment management processes in SAP S/4 Utilities. These lead to delays in the subsequent processes and need to be optimized.
Tasks:
Evaluation and analysis of all clarification cases in equipment management
Identification of errors/problems and corresponding preparation
Development of solution options both in terms of process optimization (ie, minimizing the number of clarification cases) and finding workarounds for existing cases
Development of mass-capable solutions for clarification cases (concept development for robot development or further development in the direction of IT development)
Analysis of the applicability of AI in the processing of clarification cases
Regular mass cleanup of clarification cases in the system
Requirements:
English, as the project language is English
Quick comprehension of complex process flows
Desirable:
Energy sector domain experience
Knowledge of device processes at network operators is an advantage
Experience in processing device changes in SAP ISU (ideally in S/4)
