Lead Conference & Banqueting Manager

Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland seeks a Conference and Banqueting Manager to lead a dynamic team in our hotel. You will oversee the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, banquets and events, while ensuring cost-effective operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the General/Deputy Manager, you will recruit and develop staff, schedule rosters, manage beverage purchasing, and optimise service delivery, always aiming for excellence.
