Lead Commercial QS for Major Industrial Project

Millbank in Hull is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to take on on-site commercial leadership for a major engineering and construction project. You will own commercial performance across the lifecycle, working with project leadership, delivery teams and senior stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts, measurement and valuation, change control, and subcontractor management.
