Lead CNC Machinist - 5-Axis, Autonomy, Fast-Paced Shop

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Head Machinist for a permanent role in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will lead CNC operations, programming, setting and machining complex components on 5-axis centres with Fanuc controls, driving quality and productivity.

You will work autonomously, read engineering drawings, optimise machining strategies and mentor shop floor staff while delivering on-time targets in a fast-paced environment.
