Lead Clinical Trial Manager, End-to-End Phase I-IV

Discover International, a UK-based CRO, is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead operational delivery of Phase I-IV trials for pharma/biotech sponsors. You will manage cross-functional teams and study timelines from start-up to close-out.

You will line-manage CRAs/CRCs, oversee budgets and vendor oversight, and act as the primary sponsor contact, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and UK/EU regulations. Oncology/rare disease experience is a plus.
