Lead Children's Residential Social Care

Eden Social Care in Dundrum, Co. Tipperary, is seeking a Social Care Leader to guide a team delivering high-quality residential care for children. The role focuses on leading shifts, implementing care plans, and ensuring safety.

You will work with carers, social workers and families; develop behaviour support strategies; monitor progress and maintain records; participate in training; and represent the service in absence of the Service Manager.
