South Coast Nursing Homes is seeking a Head Chef for Abundant Grace to lead the kitchen team and drive an outstanding food offering, prepared from scratch with attention to presentation and hygiene. You will implement company standards, manage ingredient planning, audits, and team training.

The role requires Level 2 Professional Cooking, experience in a busy catering environment, and practical knowledge of IDDSI, with a Food Hygiene Level 2/3 qualification.
