Lead Chef: Café & Catering - Menu Design & Leadership

Groundwork in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Lead Chef to oversee café kitchen and on-site catering at Greenhouse Business Centre. This hands-on role leads by example, prepares fresh meals for daily café trade and events, and manages kitchen operations with a strong focus on food safety and HACCP compliance.

You will lead a small team, design and cost menus, monitor quality and stock, and deliver excellent service for client conferences and meetings.
