Job Description

Eurest at JLR Castle Bromwich is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead a small kitchen team, running day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality, innovative food.

You will balance culinary creativity with financial awareness, controlling costs, stock, and waste while upholding food safety, allergen management and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role on-site at JLR Castle Bromwich.
