Lead Chef - High-Volume Kitchen at a Stunning Garden

Restaurant Associates at RHS Garden Wisley is seeking a Lead Chef to oversee kitchen operations and ensure every dish meets quality, flavour and presentation standards. You will be responsible for accurate allergen handling to deliver a safe guest experience during service.

You will lead, train and motivate the kitchen team, uphold FSMS compliance, and support seasonal menu rollouts while maintaining high presentation on counters and plates.
