Lead Chef - Flexible Stadium Dining & Events

Sodexo Live! is recruiting Lead Chefs for the 2026/27 Brighton & Hove FC season. You will lead the kitchen team, ensure high food quality, and uphold hygiene and service standards during matchdays, conferences and hospitality events.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisation and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced venue environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
