Lead Charge Nurse - Orthopaedics & Trauma

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse within Orthopaedics and Trauma to provide visible clinical leadership, delivering patient-centred care, and to develop a multidisciplinary team.

Based at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, the role involves 12-hour shifts, day and night, with some weekends and public holidays; you will deputise for the Senior Charge Nurse and help oversee ward operations, recruit, supervise and drive service improvements.
