Job Description

Runwood Homes Limited is seeking a Care Team Leader in Ipswich to lead a team of Care Assistants and deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, manage medication, and ensure audits are completed accurately.

The role requires strong organisation, compassionate leadership, and excellent communication to build relationships with residents and staff alike. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
