Job Description

Runwood Homes is seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader to supervise Care Assistants and uphold the highest standards of person-centred care. You will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, coordinating medication and audits while ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and independent.

The role requires strong organisational skills, relationship-building, and a commitment to ongoing training. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
