Lead Care Officer - Children's Homes & Youth Services

North East Lincolnshire Council seeks a Senior Care Officer for Children and Young People Residential Care. You will help ensure statutory and regulatory compliance in line with the Children's Homes Regulations, designing and monitoring care plans, developing staff practice and fostering strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.

The role involves maintaining safety and wellbeing of children in care, working with multidisciplinary teams and showing initiative.
