Lead Café Chef: Menu Innovation & Team Leadership

The Jersey Evening Post Café is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the busy kitchen. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high food standards, manage stock and costs, develop menus, and lead the kitchen team.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in a senior kitchen role, strong leadership and organisational skills, and a passion for fresh, high-quality food. 5 years' residency status or an entitled-to-work card is required.
