Lead Bodyshop Technician - Paint & Prep

BCA Bedford is seeking a proactive Cosmetic Senior Bodyshop Technician to join our hands-on team on a Monday-Friday shift (45 hours). The role offers a £49,603.00 per annum salary and the opportunity to lead by example on the workshop floor.

You'll work closely with bodyshop technicians to ensure safe, high-quality output and smooth daily operations while developing team skills through coaching and mentoring. A strong paint or prep background and leadership experience are essential.
