Lead Benefits, Housing & Debt Advisor (Food Bank)

Manchester Mind is seeking a dedicated Advice Worker to lead the Advice Team within our Food Bank support services. You will guide clients through welfare benefits, housing and debt rights, helping them access entitlements with empathy and accuracy.

Working with the wider Advice Team, you will ensure compliance with the Advice Quality Mark and share skills with volunteers and staff. Experience of mental health context is welcomed.
