Browns Oxford, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team, act as mixologist for our drink offering, and set high standards of service.

You will supervise training, assist in stock ordering, ensure cleanliness and safety, and help drive guest satisfaction in a busy Brasserie and Bar environment.
