GAIL's Bread is seeking a Head Barista to lead our team with passion, train others and take charge as a positive role model. You will stay organized and communicate clearly to maximise the team's potential while delivering our fresh food, bread and cakes to high standards with strict food safety.

Through effective leadership and great execution, you'll ensure our bakeries deliver excellent specialty coffee experiences.
