Lead Barista & Team Coach - Canary Wharf

Restaurant Associates is seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead our Canary Wharf coffee offering and inspire a team of baristas. You will champion exceptional espresso, milk texturing, and customer service while shaping daily rituals that deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You'll coach and develop the team, plan shifts, maintain high hygiene and equipment standards, manage stock and tills, and work closely with the wider hospitality team to create memorable moments for every guest.
