Job Description

GAIL's Bread in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Baker who can lead, train and inspire teams to deliver our fresh bread and cakes to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for proving and baking items for displays, know our products inside out, and drive great execution with clear communication and food-safety focus. Expect early starts around 5:30am-6:30am and opportunities to develop others within the team.
