Lead Backend Architect, Fintech & On-Chain Payments

Aave Labs is seeking a Principal Backend Engineer to lead the Push backend, a regulated, non custodial on ramp/off ramp product. You will set technical direction, oversee architecture, and ensure security and resilience across payment flows and on chain settlement.

The role combines hands on coding with day to day engineering leadership, working with product, compliance, and security teams to deliver high integrity financial infrastructure.
