Lead Automation Engineer: Drive Reliability & Upgrades

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Lead Automation Engineer for an automated manufacturing site in Iver, Buckinghamshire. You will take ownership of site automation, drive reliability, and lead from the front on electrical breakdowns, automation faults, and maintenance tasks.

The role is roughly 80% electrical and 20% mechanical, with 4 on 4 off shifts and a salary of £58,000 plus an annual bonus. The successful candidate will mentor on-shift engineers and support continuous improvement.
