Lead Audit Department Manager Chartered Audit Firm

Treetops is seeking an Audit Department Manager for its Farnborough office. You will lead a small team, plan audit assignments, allocate work, and participate in fieldwork to ensure high-quality audits across limited companies, charities, and other organisations.

You will work with the director and RIs to maintain audit quality and drive improvements in processes, reporting, and efficiency, while developing staff and expanding client relationships.
