Lead Athletic Development & S&C Program

Tonbridge School is seeking an outstanding Head of Athletic Development to lead and develop our Athletic Development programme, inspiring pupils to maximise their physical potential and supporting sporting excellence.

You will design and deliver a progressive, evidence-based programme, deliver S&C sessions, monitor progress with testing, support injury prevention and rehab, run workshops, and collaborate with coaches and external partners.
