- Oversee the growth of agency holding group relationships as astrategic advisor, guidingproblem-solvingdiscussions and providing best-in-classclient services.
- Demonstrate the value of The Trade Desk to clients by providinginnovative solutionsthat meet the clients' needs and ourbusinessgoals.
- Lead key agencyclient meetingsincollaborationwithbusiness developmentandtradingcounterparts.
- Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Lead thedevelopmentofportfolio-specific goals based on the company's vision and values and responsible fortracking progressofportfoliogoals on a regular basis.
- Become heavily involved inproduct developmentby identifying how to build product that provides solutions for our clients'businessobjectives and serving as a liaison between our clients and our product team.
- Manage a small andnimbleteam of Account Managers; overseeing their day-to-daymanagement,motivatingthe team by setting clear expectations, developing career path plans, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a high level of performance from the team to develop the next generation of leaders.
- Manage for team bandwidth, delivering a high-level of account support andreportingprogress against goals tomanagement.
- Communicate effectivelywith other functional leaders by solvingbusinesschallenges together,identifying opportunitiesfor growth, andcollaboratingto driveefficiencyand effectiveness across the organisation.
- You are an effective client-facingleaderwho is skilled in building and nurturingclient relationshipswhile also leading an agile team anddeveloping talent. We are looking for an individual possessing excellent communication, strategic andleadership skillsto serve as a player-coach across aportfolioof accounts.
- Extensive experience within the programmatic industry as well as experiencedirectly managing and developinga team
- Excel at developing, nurturing and managingclient relationships.
- Proven track record ofdriving revenuegrowth with large customer accounts.
- Strongmanagementandleadership skillsthrough acollaborativeteam approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups.
- Execute (and coach others to execute) timely in fast-paced environment througheffective timemanagementandprioritisationskills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
