Lead & Inspire: Supervisor Plus at a Dynamic Resort

Butlin's Skegness is hiring for Supervisor Plus to lead a guest-facing team in a brand-new role. You'll be hands-on, coaching in the moment, solving problems, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable Butlin's experience.

Reporting to a Manager, you'll drive standards across accommodation and your chosen specialism, train your team, own audits, and turn feedback into real improvements on every shift.
