Lead Aircraft Maintenance Team - UK CAA B1 (A320)

British Airways Maintenance Glasgow is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader (UK CAA B1) to lead and supervise teams performing scheduled maintenance, inspections and defect rectification on the A320 family. You will manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires a UK CAA Part 66 B1.1 licence, current A320 base authorisations, and experience leading maintenance teams. A 4-on-4-off shift pattern, with night work, is expected.
