Are you a senior air conditioning engineer looking for your next challenge, where you can lead and grow an air conditioning division?

About the role

We are looking to recruit an experienced lead Air Conditioning Engineer, who has the appetite to lead and grow our air conditioning side of the business.

With a focus on quality and reliability, the role involves fault finding, repairs, routine maintenance, and installations, all within an Air Conditioning bias.

We work for a prestigious customer base in a wide range of sectors including hospitality, logistics, education, retail, healthcare & local authorities.

Duties

You will be required to hold the necessary qualifications and skills required to fulfil this role. Overtime will be available where possible.

Work type: 70% services and 30% install split across locations within a 60-mile radius of our office in Surrey (30% London sites and 70% Surrey/Hampshire sites)

Responsibilities and duties
  • Quoting on new air conditioning installation projects
  • Overseeing a small team, with a view of growing this over time.
  • Perform PPM, reactive and installation works on AC/HVAC systems to required standards.
  • Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and undertake basic electrical fault finding. Ensure all work meets H&S regulations and documentation is accurately maintained. Maintain performance standards for all AC/HVAC equipment and areas.
  • Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times. Proactively liaise with clients and suggest service improvements.
Package
  • Basic Salary from £47k - £55k per year, DOE
