Lead AI Hardware Modelling for Photonic Accelerators

Lumai is hiring to build a Python-based modelling framework that predicts performance, latency and power for its photonic AI hardware. You'll work with architecture and compiler teams to ground decisions in real data, balancing speed, fidelity and usability.

As the senior role grows, you will guide model development across device configs, validate against RTL or emulation, and help scale the team while reporting to leadership in Oxford.
