Lead Academy Physiotherapist - Injury Prevention & Rehab

Sportsmith is seeking an experienced Lead Physiotherapist to oversee the Academy medical provision across all age groups in London. You will ensure EPPP, FA, Premier League and safeguarding compliance, and lead clinical governance and evidence-based practice.

You will coordinate physiotherapy cover for training, fixtures and events, manage staff, develop rehabilitation programmes, and work with coaches to optimise player welfare and return-to-play decisions.
