Lead 24/7 Shift: Plant Operations & Safety

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a Shift Team Leader to guarantee safe, compliant, and reliable plant operation on a 24/7 shift basis. You will lead and manage the shift team, supervise plant operations via DCS/HMI, start up/shut down equipment, and drive continuous improvement of procedures and team capability.

You will maintain accurate shift logs and monitor CEMS for permit compliance, while ensuring housekeeping and plant presentation.
