Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent at all levels
• Source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to, job boards, social media, networking events and university open days
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle-from initial contact through to offer negotiation-ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
• Work collaboratively with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure hiring outcomes align with organisational goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in line with regulation and Company requirements

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Additional Skills

  • Industry experience is strongly preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision.
  • Experience with pre-employment screening including DBS checks
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR database
  • Strong data-driven mindset-comfortable using metrics to refine and improve recruiting strategies

Education & Experience

  • 4-5 years' hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
