Job Description
Role 
We're seeking a qualified solicitor with personal injury litigation experience to join our Wales Serious Injury Team in Cardiff. This is a genuine career path opportunity to develop specialist expertise in catastrophic injury work, supported by experienced senior litigators.
Responsibilities- You'll work on high value neuro trauma claims (£1m+), including spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, amputations and complex polytrauma, within a partner led team handling cases of maximum severity.
- Act for claimants with empathy and resilience needed for serious injury work.
- Receive direct mentorship from the Head of Serious Injury, offering outstanding development and progression.
- Qualified solicitor with litigation experience and strong academics.
- Serious or high value PI experience desirable.
- Client focused, organised and resilient.
- Committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for claimants.
